As Principal Analyst, you will take a lead role in defining and delivering research and advisory projects across either trading systems or post-trade innovation. You will advise global clients on technology adoption, vendor strategy and market positioning.
You will develop a research agenda aligned to client demand, publish thought leadership, lead strategy workshops, and support a range of high-impact engagements – from vendor benchmarking to system selection.
This is a hands-on, visible role that blends intellectual depth with commercial and client-facing impact.

- Produce detailed reports, vendor landscapes, and primary research based on client needs and industry shifts.
- Deliver client-facing presentations, strategy workshops, and bespoke consulting assignments.
- Support go-to-market efforts with insight-driven pitches, RFP responses, and strategic partnerships.
- Act as a subject matter expert in briefings, panels, webinars, and industry events.

What We’re Looking For

- Familiarity with vendor ecosystems, market infrastructure, and the emerging fintech landscape.
- Exceptional writing, research and storytelling skills – ability to turn complex topics into clear value.
- Strong presence with the confidence to speak at events and advise senior leadership.
- Experience in a research, strategy, advisory or product leadership role is preferred.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
What’s On Offer
- Competitive salary and performance bonus
- Equity potential for long-term contributors
- Hybrid working (London or New York-based)
- Exposure to senior global clients and cutting-edge tech themes
- Flexible and supportive culture focused on insight and excellence
- Opportunities to grow your public profile through publishing and speaking
