What you’ll do:

• Lead development of scalable payment systems used by businesses around the world
• Architect secure, API-driven platforms for real-time money movement
• Guide and mentor a top-tier dev team
• Collaborate with Product, Design & Compliance to build end-to-end solutions
• Champion engineering excellence and drive the technical roadmap

You’ll bring:

• 6+ years of backend development (Node.js, Java or Go)
• Experience leading teams or large technical projects
• Knowledge of distributed systems, cloud (AWS/GCP), and payment protocols
• A pragmatic mindset with a startup spirit
