We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Developer - Tech Recruitment Director to lead and expand our tech recruitment services. This role requires a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the tech industry, strong business development expertise, and a proven track record in building client relationships and driving growth. The ideal candidate will strategically develop recruitment solutions, lead a high-performing team, and play a pivotal role in the company's growth and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to expand the company's tech recruitment market share.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and emerging trends in tech talent acquisition.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, HR leaders, and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored recruitment solutions that address client needs.
Sales & Client Relationship Management:
- Drive end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing contracts with new clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize service agreements, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with company objectives.
Recruitment Strategy Leadership:
- Partner with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with recruitment processes.
- Provide insights into tech industry hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
- Support the design of innovative sourcing and hiring strategies for tech talent acquisition.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on tech industry trends and competitor activities.
- Analyse business performance and recruitment metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Present regular progress reports and forecasts to senior leadership.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or recruitment within the tech industry.
Expertise:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Deep understanding of tech industry recruitment dynamics and challenges.
- Strong network of contacts within the tech sector is a significant advantage.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating teams.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment platforms.
