Their systematic financial risk management methodology has been designed to increase risk transparency, create customised risk management solutions, and facilitate the efficient execution of hedging transactions by minimising information asymmetry between clients and banking counterparties. This advisory service gives their clients access to the latest risk management technology and independent expertise at a fraction of the cost of an in-house financial risk management function.
The Role:
Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Associate to join their team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (UK-based), you will play a key role in driving business growth across North America and Europe. In this position, you will develop and manage digital campaigns and build a robust client acquisition engine to support future growth. They are seeking candidates with exceptional digital marketing skills, the ability to execute strategies without agency support, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Essential Functions:
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Design and implement a multi-channel digital marketing strategy, including content marketing, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising.
- Create, test, and optimize campaigns that engage potential clients through the marketing funnel using tactics like blogs, webinars, and PPC.
- Develop and manage the content strategy to ensure relevant, high-quality content is presented throughout the customer journey.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance brand presence and accelerate growth.
SEO Strategy Development & Execution
- Create and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility for Validus products and services.
- Perform keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and technical SEO to ensure strong website performance.
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Maximize ROI by driving effective search engine marketing strategies.
- Develop a roadmap for ongoing digital marketing optimization with a focus on SEO, UX/UI, and user experience improvements.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
- Leverage Google Analytics to track and analyze digital marketing efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Build a robust measurement and reporting framework to evaluate performance across all channels.
Platform & Tool Management
- Manage and optimize marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Google Ads, and social media tools to maximize ROI.
- Execute and manage email campaigns using HubSpot or similar tools.
- Implement best practices for seamless platform integration and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Collaboration with Business Development
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to drive conversions through integrated digital campaigns and automated communications.
- Develop strategies to increase brand awareness among targeted prospects and key firms.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within financial services, fintech, or investment management.
- Proven experience in building and executing digital lead generation strategies for complex, long sales cycles in regulated environments.
- Expertise in SEO, with a deep understanding of search engine algorithms.
- Proficient in marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, HotJar, Semrush, Moz, and WordPress.
- Experience managing paid traffic and lead generation via Google PPC, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and first-party data strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, particularly in automating email campaigns and lead scoring.
- Experience in website development with a focus on Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Expertise in ABM, integrated lead generation models, and marketing automation is highly desirable.
- Proactive, self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excellent time management and collaborative skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in English.
