Digital Performance Marketing Lead

We are working with a next-generation global cybersecurity firm that is poised to become the next standard in security with its unique anti-data exfiltration (ADX) technology. A new category designed to safeguard organisations against worldwide security threats like ransomware, spyware, malware, phishing, and unauthorized data collection or profiling. Their software ensures enterprise compliance with international privacy regulations and defends against cyberattacks across all endpoints.

The Role:
This Performance Digital Marketing manager role sits within the Marketing team and will help drive the transformation of our digital marketing programmes. The role will work with the CMO to lead and manage their presence across key digital channels, with a particular focus on our website. By nature, the role will require B2B experience and marketing budget management/performance.
While the role will bring pivots, agile-thinking and plenty of variation, it involves the following key result areas
Digital Communications
- Run and manage high impact outbound lead generation campaigns across all relevant digital channels.
Paid search:
- Setting up, managing, analysing, and optimising paid search campaigns, as appropriate.
Website:
- Ensure our website is easy to navigate for all audiences, with a great UX and UI
SEO:
- Elevate our SEO to be best-in-class, while complementing paid-for activities and focusing on conversion
Analytics:
- Manage Google Analytics to help us understand the complete end-to-end journey of our website visitors, and ensuring all reporting informs and educates to continually improve all areas of the site and content on it.
What we’re looking for:
- A marketing generalist with a minimum of five years' digital marketing experience
- 2+ years Cybersecurity industry experience
- Experience of working as part of a Team, and often with your own initiative as well
- Previous experience working in B2B required
- Excellent working knowledge of paid media management alongside email marketing, social media marketing and webinars
- Extensive experience working on website back-ends and Content Management Systems
- Experience of Google Analytics (or similar) is essential.
- Experience with email automation systems such as Brevo and CMS essential. Salesforce experience would be advantageous.
- Demonstrable experience of improving website performance, and increasing the quality (and volume) of website sales leads
- Commercially minded, with a strong focus on KPIs, performances analysis and delivery - this role is passionate about supporting the business to grow sales
- Skilled at aligning strategic thinking, innovation and creativity with tactical outputs and deliverables
- Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Experience of monitoring and assessing campaigns, and measuring the ROI of campaigns
