As part of our ongoing growth in the EMEA region, they are seeking a dynamic & experienced Marketing Content & Brand Manager to lead their content strategy & brand positioning efforts.

 

 

THE ROLE

Reporting directly to the Head of Communications & Brand EMEA, this role will lead the creation of compelling & impactful content that enhances their brand presence, drives customer engagement, & supports business growth. The Content & Brand Manager will manage a team of two Content Specialists, working collaboratively to deliver a cohesive & innovative multi-platform content strategy across web, social, video & mobile

Working closely with the wider team, in Europe, Japan & USA, the Brand & Content Manager will develop highly relevant, effective & engaging content appropriate to multiple audiences

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage & develop translatable content to inspire, lead, educate, inform & engage customers & prospects. Drive lead conversions into qualified opportunities.

 

 

Content

  • Content Strategy Development: Develop & execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall business goals & brand positioning of them in the EMEA region.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging & visual identity across all content & communication channels, maintaining a strong & unified brand presence.Employ editorial governance, to develop & promote a strong brand voice, style & tone.
  • Content Creation &Management: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, videos, webinars, & social media content. Ensure all content resonates with target audiences in the B2B technology & wide-format print markets. Create content in an SEO-friendly way to improve page search ranking & discoverability.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor & develop a team of two Content Specialists, fostering a collaborative & creative work environment.
  • Campaign Support: Collaborate with the EMEA marketing team to support integrated marketing campaigns with content that drives lead generation, customer engagement, & brand awareness.
  • Market Insights: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, & the competitive landscape to inform content strategy & brand positioning.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyse, & report on the effectiveness of content initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimise content strategy, drive traffic & improve ROI. Own the measurement & reporting of content performance, within the business.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product management, sales, & customer support, to ensure content aligns with business objectives & meets the needs of HQ & other regions. External Partnerships: Manage relationships with external agencies, contractors, & content providers to enhance content production capabilities & output.

 

Paid Media

Content Amplification: Extend content reach via social media ads & display ads to increase reach & impact.

Campaign Support: Oversee the creation of targeted paid media campaigns. Ensure campaigns are optimised for performance.

Performance Tracking & Analysis: Track & analyse the performance of ads to understand what resonates with audiences. Optimise based on insights.

Budget Management: Allocate spend effectively between organic & paid, ensure a balanced approach to maximise ROI.

Paid Media Strategy: Develop strategies to amplify content reach. Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Linkedin, Facebook & other relevant channels. Align with overall content plan. Collaboration: Work closing with the broader team to integrate paid media efforts with overall marketing campaigns to ensure a consistent message & goal alignment across all channels.

 

LEADERSHIP AND GENERAL MANAGEMENT

  • Contribute to the management objectives of the EMEA Marketing team in collaboration with other commercial teams.
  • Be a role model to the whole EMEA organisation with regards to standards of performance & behaviour.
  • A team player & excellent communicator able to inspire & motivate.
  • Ability to think quickly & act decisively, coupled with excellent planning, prioritisation & time management skills.
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork & customer focus.
  • Contribute to European & Global team meetings.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Degree (or equivalent in Marketing, Business or other related field) & 5 years+
  • marketing communications experience.
  • Proven experience in a content management or brand management role, preferably within a B2B technology environment.
  • Demonstrates experience leading & managing a team.
  • Strong strategic thinking & problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in content creation across various formats & platforms.
  • Proficient in content management systems (CMS) & SEO best practices.
  • Experience managing budgets & agencies partners/suppliers.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Persuasive, excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

  • Salesforce (or equivalent)
  • Content Management Systems (Sitecore, or equivalent)
  • Photoshop & Illustrator
  • Experience of working internationally, with European language skills desirable
