Job Type: Permanent

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + OTE of £25k Uncapped

The Organisation
TDRC are excited to be working with aglobal leader in security evidence management software. Their systems play a crucial role in the private security sector as well as within healthcare, retail and within sport.
They are supplying and supporting cameras and software to clients in 40+ countries and have offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong with their international activities growing rapidly.
In this rapidly expanding market, they have sold equipment to the majority of Police Forces in the UK as well as many local authorities and private organisations. It's an exciting time to be joining this firm as they continue to lead the world in the development and application of their technology.
The Role
The purpose of the Account Manager role is to:
The primary focus of the Account Manager role is to drive significant revenue from existing key customers within the UK (80%). Key Accounts comprises of organisations and revenue gained from the growth of existing key accounts. The secondary focus is to manage successful onboarding of new customers from proof of concept through to full adoption (20%).
You should have experience creating significant growth in new accounts, be able to see the bigger picture and be committed to helping us to create it. The industry is in its infancy and we are leading the way.
Your Responsibilities and Tasks
Account Management
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through their adoption journey
• Manage clients within key accounts to discuss current deployment, aims and objectives
• Manage the onboarding process for customers
• Monitor, refresh or extension opportunities with existing customers
• Collate information on any additional or new requirements
• Arrange and attend meetings between all relevant customer stakeholders and Technical Account Manager.
Sales Reporting
• Maintain Salesforce.com and management information requests
• Forecast with accuracy on all opportunities within assigned territory
Industry Sector Management
• Communicate industry sector needs for technology and/or service within the business as these are identified.
• Attend trade shows as required
Your Qualifications, Technical Skills and Experience
Essential
• Three years’ experience in solution selling environment
• Proven ability to build relationships and credibility at a strategic level
• Sales skills including objection handling, open questioning, closing and deep account mapping
• Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels
• Full clean driving licence
Desirable
• Prior knowledge of an industry-recognised sales methodology (MEDDPICC / MILLER HEIMAN / Helping Clients Succeed etc)
• Body worn video experience
• Knowledge of Salesforce
• Business development experience
• Experience selling to the Healthcare industry
Your Personal Skills and Attributes
• Ability to interpret customer need and articulate bespoke product solutions to meet those needs
• Well developed communication skills – verbal and written
• Driven and self-motivated
• Ability to plan and organise
• Ability to juggle requirements and prioritise
• Work well as part of a team
