The Organisation
TDRC are excited to be working with aglobal leader in security evidence management software. Their systems play a crucial role in the private security sector as well as within healthcare, retail and within sport.
They are supplying and supporting cameras and software to clients in 40+ countries and have offices in the UK, USA and Hong Kong with their international activities growing rapidly.

Purpose - The overall purpose of this role is to:
- Lead and manage all global events, including webinars, tradeshows, exhibitions and conferences.
- Generate new leads or advance existing prospects and customer relationships in line with agreed KPI’s.
- Manage the event programme in line with strategic needs, defining event objectives, event content and audience generation strategy to deliver agreed KPIs.
- Manage event attendance and logistics.
- Define and work with marketing team members to execute an optimal mix of pre and post event marketing activity, to ensure success against the objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- Driving audiences to events using the optimum range of channel activity, applying lessons learned from previous events, to meet KPIs and targets, which may include pre-arranged event meetings, stand visitors and/or webinar registrations.
- Planning the event calendar and project planning the execution of virtual and physical events, in key markets, including webinars, trade shows, exhibitions, conferences customer user groups, and other innovative online formats, and encompassing the
content and messaging, audience generation, format/presence, pre- and post-event communications, logistics and evaluation.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to execute on account engagement strategy to generate new business pipeline and accelerating existing opportunities with events.
- Managing day-to-day requirements and deadlines, including working with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure marketing events are executed to the expected quality.
- Contributing to the quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans for target regions and verticals across marketing channels.
- Proactively engaging with the Sales teams to co-ordinate, communicate and optimise the impact of events, leveraging professional networks to meet the audience generation targets.
- Working closely with all members of the Marketing team to ensure pre and post-event marketing activity and event logistics are executed to fulfil KPIs.
- Evaluating, selecting and managing vendors that contribute to event demand creation programs, including event organisers, event suppliers, local media publishers and agencies.
- Monitoring and reporting on results of events and analyse results to shape future event selection and planning.
- Keeping ahead of industry trends and event developments to ensure you are maximising all event marketing opportunities.
Your Qualifications, Technical Skills and Experience
Essential
- 3+ years experience of running successful events marketing programmes, including virtual and physical events
- Demonstrable experience and evidence of generating audiences for events
- Experience of project managing fully global marketing events programmes (UK, EU, USA, APAC).
Desirable
- Proficient working with international vendors and teams
- Good working knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot.
