The Role
The AI Marketing Strategist will play a pivotal role in integrating AI tools into marketing strategies to enhance efficiency, optimize content, and improve customer interactions. This role requires a deep understanding of AI applications in marketing, ensuring responsible and ethical use while bridging the gap between the Marketing and AI teams. The ideal candidate will educate teams on AI best practices, collaborate with legal and compliance teams, and drive AI adoption to align with brand goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute AI-driven solutions for content generation and marketing optimization.
- Teach by doing – act as an “inhouse agency”, supporting teams to create campaigns and showcase the power of Ain and best practices
- Ensure AI-generated content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI for customer interactions, including chatbots and recommendation engines.

- Advocate for ethical AI use, focusing on bias, privacy, and transparency.
- Work with compliance teams to ensure responsible AI marketing practices.
- Track and report on AI-driven marketing efficiencies and content impact.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, including strategy, content creation, execution, and performance analysis.
- Experience with Generative AI and prompting.
- Experience using Copyai/JasperAI or similar tool and experience with LLMs like ChatGPT
- Ability to work East Coast hours with occasional flexibility for global meetings.
- Global mindset with strong collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, and proactive in networking across the organization.

First 90 Days:
- Get familiarized with AI tools (Copy.ai, ChatGPT, MS Copilot).
- Understand the product portfolio, AI Roadmap, and Marketing team structure and strategy.
- Develop and track AI-generated marketing content to measure time savings.
- Establish a process flow for AI integration within marketing.
- Attend key Marketing and AI team meetings.
