The Role
The Senior Campaign Manager will play a critical role in the strategic planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated marketing campaigns. This role will work cross-functionally with internal teams to develop and implement multichannel marketing initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable results.
Leveraging a mix of email, social media, paid media, web, and content marketing, this individual will ensure cohesive campaign execution that aligns with the organization's objectives. They will be responsible for identifying audience segments, refining messaging, and maximising the impact of marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in multichannel marketing, a strong ability to collaborate across teams, and a results-oriented approach to campaign management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns using email, social media, paid media, and other digital channels to drive audience engagement and business impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders, including content, communications, and digital marketing teams, to align campaign objectives and execution.
- Leverage data analytics to inform campaign development, optimise performance, and measure effectiveness, ensuring campaigns are data-driven and results-focused.
- Create and manage campaign calendars, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and timely execution.
- Optimise audience segmentation and targeting strategies, refining messaging and creative assets to maximise engagement and conversion.
- Monitor emerging trends in marketing and digital engagement to continually improve campaign performance and stay ahead of industry best practices.
- Analyse key marketing KPIs and report insights and recommendations to leadership, ensuring continuous campaign improvement.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all marketing channels.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management, preferably within financial services, corporate or education, but they are flexible
- Strong expertise across marketing channels including email marketing, social media, paid media, content marketing, and campaign automation.
- Experience with marketing technology stacks, including CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams on a global scale
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
