The Role
Reporting to the CEO with line management responsibility for one employed member of staff plus outsourced support.
- Collaborate with the Exec Team to craft and execute demand generation strategies that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design data-driven lead generation campaigns, optimizing ROAS and CAC.
- Build brand awareness, generate pipelines, and drive revenue in line with agreed KPIs through integrated marketing efforts.
- Lead organic growth through SEO, content development, and backlink strategies.
- Manage external contractors and partners for content, design, web, and PR activities.
- Utilize content, PPC, paid social, video, and events to create a seamless engagement strategy across the sales funnel.
- Enhance the buyer’s journey by optimizing processes, improving efficiencies, and driving conversions.
- Analyse performance data to identify opportunities, guide decisions, and deliver regular performance reports via HubSpot.
- Take extreme ownership. Be in constant build mode. Design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments to uncover scalable marketing strategies.
- Manage the social media channels to increase engagement with and understanding of the Brand, Product and Services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms and new technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Oversee marketing budget for efficient resource allocation and achievement of growth targets.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of demand generation experience with a proven track record of driving revenue, exceeding MQL targets, and delivering growth, ideally in B2B.
- Strong history of success with integrated omnichannel campaigns and lead nurture strategies across SEO, paid media, and social.
- Strategic, data-driven thinker with a creative approach to testing new ideas and channels.
- Excellent analytical skills, adept at monitoring key metrics and leveraging insights to drive decisions and improvements.
- Thrive working with a multi-channel mix, including PPC, paid social, PR, content, video, and in-person events.
- Proficient in marketing automation and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and a HubSpot super-user for campaign setup, reporting, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and basic SQL knowledge a plus.
- Results-focused, with success metrics tied to revenue growth, ideally in a scale-up environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
