The Role:
The Marketing Campaigns Associate oversees the execution and deployment of multichannel marketing campaigns. They will plan, execute and report on global that drive brand awareness and engage and convert new and existing customers. They will be responsible for tracking and reporting and leveraging findings to optimize future campaigns.
The position will be headquartered in London and will be supported by the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing.
Essential Functions:
Campaign Development and Management:
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, email, and events.
- Develop compelling and creative content for campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage the campaign calendar, ensuring timely execution and coordination of all marketing activities.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs and preferences, and monitor industry trends.
- Analyze campaign performance data and metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign outcomes.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns effectively.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Monitor and report on campaign expenditures and ROI.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare and present regular campaign performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing campaign management, preferably in a similar industry
