Role Overview
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of digital products and services within business. This will include defining the digital product vision aligned to business strategic objectives and therefore requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital technologies, customer experience, and financial services (preferably the wealth management space).
The Digital Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of the clients and drive business growth, building business cases, developing roadmaps plus defining and reviewing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy: Develop and execute a digital product strategy that aligns with the firm’s overall business objectives and customer needs.
- Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch to deliver compelling solutions that solve critical business problems and delight end-users. This willinclude enhancing existing products with a product mindset.
- Product definition: Clearly define user requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure development needs are aligned to user needs
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including technology, marketing, compliance, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful product delivery and to identify and prioritise new product opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Design and optimise customer journeys for digital products, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience across all touchpoints.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital wealth management space.
- Performance Monitoring:Monitor and analyse performance metrics, using data-driven insights to inform product enhancements and optimisations.
- Innovation:Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the firm’s digital offerings.
- Compliance: Ensure all digital products comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3- 5 years of experience in digital product management, preferably within the financial services or wealth management industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their application in financial services.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and user-cantered design principles.
